Here I show you how to convert a FAT32 file to NTFS. For example; if you have a 3 GB file and it would not transfer due to the limitability of FAT32, all you would have to do is convert it with out moving or formatting the drive when it is empty. This works for either Windows XP, Vista, 7 or 8.
