You can easily connect your domain with your windows vps iis and host your website. we need server ip address and setup domain dns settings and connect website in iis with A Records and @ and www.
After Doing these Steps, If you domain is not live with iis then please add your domain with ip address on your iis machin in hosts file of windows and setup inbound rule new rule with port number in firewall for accept connections from outside.
