Here’s what to do when your bluetooth midi device does not show up in the windows 11 bluetooth device manager or bluetooth device discovery does not work:

1) right click the small bluetooth icon in the bottom of the screen
2) click /”add a bluetooth device/”
3) scroll down and change /”bluetooth devices discovery/” to /”advanced/”
4) scroll up and click /”add device/” – it should now find your MIDI device.
