If you’re a Microsoft PowerPoint user, then you know how important keyboard shortcuts can be. They can save you time and help you get the most out of your presentation software. Here are some of the best keyboard shortcuts to use in PowerPoint.
To insert a new slide, simply press CTRL+M. To duplicate a slide, press CTRL+D. To delete a slide, press CTRL+X. To move to the next slide, press CTRL+RIGHT ARROW. To move to the previous slide, press CTRL+LEFT ARROW. To end your presentation, press ESC.
These are just a few of the keyboard shortcuts that can make using PowerPoint more efficient. Be sure to experiment with different shortcuts to see which ones work best for you.
