A- stop windows update: right click on taskbar I task manager I services I open services I locate /”windows update/” and stop the service
B- delete these two folders
/”C://Windows//SoftwareDistribution//DataStore/”
/”C://Windows//SoftwareDistribution//Download/”
Please RESTART your computer to apply the changes!
