In this video I show you an external GPU (eGPU) connected to the first generation Apple tv. You can see it being used in Linux playing Minecraft.
In the upcoming video you will see the full process to get this working using an EXP GDC Beast eGPU.
A later one will show you how I got a recent Debian working on here without using OSMC. This mod might enable the apple tv 1st gen to playback full hd or even 4k content.
