About the video: It’s your cable that’s stopping your android phone from connecting to your computer to access your storage folder. Try and use a new cable or better still the original cable that came with your phone or buy a new one.

As you will see with the correct cable your USB Prompt will now open on your computer and give you access to the storage folder on your smart phone.

Well this sure worked for me and I did not have to do any of that tap your screen 7 times to enter developer mode and waste my time malarky.
