once you have everything backed up (because it doesn’t always work) run cmd as admin and type /”%WINDIR%//system32//sysprep//sysprep/” a window will pop up, select /”Enter System Out-of-Box Experience (OOBE)/” and Shutdown, once its off swap the hardware, boot it with fingers crossed.
