Meet the #AmazonSmartPlug, an Alexa-enabled plug that allows you to control devices and appliances remotely through the Alexa app, that is, if you’re not in person for voice commands.
You’ll also be able to set your devices on schedules, having them turn off and on automatically throughout the day, or group them into scenes so you can control multiple devices at once.

If you’ve been living under a rock recently, you may not know that Amazon has gone all in on the smart home game. They have dozens of their own smart home products, from Wi-Fi connected security cameras to entire security systems complete with smoke and CO detectors. Now, they have the #AmazonSmartPlug which you can control remotely and set onto schedules. This could be great for anything from light bulbs to coffee makers, turning your “dumb” devices into smart ones.
