ALL METHODS to FIX the Xbox App – Teredo Is Unable To Qualify (blocked or unavailable) on Windows 10 / Windows 11

If you see Teredo is unable to qualify on Xbox App, you won’t be able to live chat with your friends online or join any multiplayer games. (For example: Forza Horizon 4 / Forza Horizon 5 unable to join session)

Step 1:
netsh interface teredo set state type=enterpriseclient

Step 2:
Netsh Int Teredo Show Stat
services.msc

Step 3:
netsh interface teredo set state servername=win10.ipv6.microsoft.com

Step 4:

These are the commands I entered into PowerShell (you can use cmd) ADMIN exactly as I did:
netsh int teredo set state disable
netsh int teredo set state type=default
netsh int teredo set state enterpriseclient
netsh int teredo set state servername=teredo.remlab.net
