Disclaimer: Boring Video.

I received this error recently on my dell laptop.

HEADLESS OPERATION ACTIVE
Alert! TPM device is not detected.

It would not allow me to boot into the windows 10 OS.
1. I tried this:
https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000139731/what-the-headless-operation-mode-active-post-message-means-and-how-to-stop-it-appearing-during-start-up

2. I read this…
https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000132757/tpm-option-is-missing-in-the-system-bios-setup-latitude-precision-or-xps

3. Finally, in part of this forum, it mentions removing the power and waiting 30 seconds. This worked for me:

Good luck. I’m not sure what solution will work for you.. but I hope you don’t run into this error.
