To add minutes to a time in Excel, you can use the TIME function, similar to the formula TIME(0, C5, 0). Similarly, to add minutes to a time, adjust the minute component accordingly: TIME(0, C5 + desired_minutes, 0). To increment by 30 minutes, the formula would be TIME(0, C5 + 30, 0).
