6 Easy Ways To Speed Up Your WordPress Website transcript. Hello everyone Carson here and in today’s video, I’m going to be telling you six ways to speed up the loading time of your website. Now let’s go ahead and get into the video. But before we do remember to leave, like subscribe and hit that notification bell, so you can be notified every single time I do upload. And now let’s get right into it. Now the first most important way which you can speed up the loading time of your website. And this is a big one is you can go with a different hosting provider hosting providers offer different loading times. And obviously not all hosting providers are equal. So if you do want to actually check out my recommendations for some of the fastest hosting providers and the best ones of 2025, go ahead and head down to my link in the description where I have my review of the top three website hosting platforms of 2025. And now let’s get on to the next method. Do not use HTML image resizing, a common mistake a lot of newbies make is using HTML to shrink and resize images. And while this technique does work, and seems harmless, it basically ruins your loading time. And I do not recommend using it at all. The next thing you can do is optimize your images. What this means is essentially the human eye doesn’t pick up on all these Hd 4k images, which you’re probably using on your website. So you don’t need those. Go ahead and resize your images, scale them down and change the quality of the images a bit lower, like if you use a JPEG, maybe turn the quality down to 50%. And that will use up a lot less resources when loading your website to improve the loading time. Next up, you can host any large videos or images on a third party. So these rich multimedia content won’t slow your website down to a crawl. For example, instead of hosting these videos on your own server, you can just host them on YouTube and Vimeo and rely on those servers to do the loading for you. Next up, you have to avoid using third party code or hotlinked images, do not hotlink the code do not do that. Because if the third party is slow or down, it could take down your website as well and make your website slower. Now finally, always take advantage of caching and compression. So if you have a very good shared web host with compression available or caching available, you can enable it on that website hosting platform. And you can use that to your advantage to make your website load way faster. Now that does kind of lead into the conclusion which is once again the easiest way to make your website load faster is actually to change hosting providers because odds are you don’t have one of the best ones. So if you want to check out the best ones head down to my link in the description where I review my top three website hosting companies of 2025 Thanks for watching.
