Open a browser (if you are unable to open chrome, open Edge or Explorer) and Download and Install latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable package as shown in the video

Run a sfc scan. Right click on windows start button//command prompt admin//paste the following command and hit the enter key
sfc/scannow
